Ordering Guide

  1. Login using your email. No password needed. An OTP will be sent to your email.
  2. Browse products and add to cart. Check that you have selected the correct variation and quantity.
  3. Review your cart contents then checkout.
  4. Enter your contact info and shipping details.
  5. Set preferred shipping and payment methods.
  6. Confirm order and wait for order confirmation via email.

 

  1. Review amount due upon receiving order confirmation email, then send your payment (View payment channels).
  2. Save proof of payment. For online transfer, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation. For over-the-counter payments, take a photo of the receipt.
  3. Submit your proof of payment using this form: https://forms.gle/miFdYnrgSpUkcTfS6
  4. Wait for payment confirmation via email.

 

Orders will only be shipped once the full amount due is settled, including the shipping fee.

For Shoρee Checkout:

  • Shipping fee is paid on the app
  • The platform does not provide item insurance when using this method. Please be reminded that return or refund requests will not be accepted in case of item damage or loss during transit.
  1. Wait for Shipping Notice via email.
  2. Open the Shoρee item link provided in the email and checkout on the app.
  3. Wait for order processing and tracking number update.
  4. Receive your package.
  5. Check that the package has all the items in your order.

For Standard Shipping:

  1. Wait for Shipping Notice via email.
  2. If not yet paid upon checkout, pay the shipping fee.
  3. Wait for order processing and tracking number update.
