How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be arranged for shipment within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed. Actual delivery time will depend on your region. Typically, it takes 2-3 days to deliver to Metro Manila and Luzon, and up to 2 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao.

How to track my order?

You can track your order using your order number or tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Send us a message if you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, or if you're having a hard time locating your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. We currently only ship within Philippines.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping fees vary by location and order value. For Standard Shipping, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. For SCO, shipping cost will be paid separately.

Can I exchange an item?

No, we do not offer item exchanges unless the original order is no longer available.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hellonari.shop@gmail.com. Orders that have already been processed may not be eligible for changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via funds transfer to our GCash or Maya accounts. Transfers can be done from any bank or e-wallet, and the buyer will shoulder any transaction fee if any. We currently do not accept debit/credit cards nor cash-on-delivery.
